Our wired hair ties were originally made for people who have lost their hair due to illness, medications or treatments. The wire in these ties acts like a hair grip! 
The wire is sewn into its own little sleeve, so does not move within the tie.
When wearing, you must wear the wire on the hair line. This is the optimal position for security and staying on the head.
